But the lower back support is missing and this changes the good chair to bad, becase this is the main need for a expensive chair to get good support for your back and neck. The base is good with my height, PU leather is good and no signs of use. I really like the chair, but i feel like i have to change the chair soon because it kills my back. If this chair had a proper adjustable lumbard support - It would be a banger.
The worst problem with the chair is lumbard support, the pillow it came with is utter garbage and without the pillow there is not much lumbard support. If you sit correctly the pillow is useless and the headrest is not enough, but it is not too bad. Headrest on the other hand is not good, if you want to attach pillow you have to be in couch position. I am 180cm, so chairs seems to be perfect size for me, the shoulders do not touch padding.
